Sioen Industries in Belgium is seeking a Back Office Responsible to manage a dedicated customer portfolio from A to Z, coordinate orders and deliveries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Production Planning to optimize order handling, rebates, and export documentation. Proficiency in English, French or German, and SAP/MS Office is advantageous; strong communication and an proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in a relevant field; some practical customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in English, French and/or German; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of transport coordination, customs procedures, and commercial administration.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own customer portfolio from A to Z and coordinate orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers and the transport department.
• Liaise with Sales, warehouse and planning teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Coordinate stock lot sales and maintain accurate administration.
• Support transport activities by arranging orders and preparing analyses.
• Calculate and maintain customer rebates and sales commissions.
• Backup for customs documentation and export requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide proactive support.
