Job summary

TRIO Lighting Group in Kruibeke, Belgium, is looking for a full-time Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. In this role you will provide professional support and coordination for our Customer Service team and act as the first point of contact for colleagues.

You will manage quotations, orders, deliveries and complaints, organize office processes, and work closely with Sales and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and teamwork.
• Fluent Dutch and very good English; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and coordination for our Customer Service team and act as the first point of contact for colleagues
• Ensure a high level of customer service and support our customers in daily operations
• Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and complaints
• Organize and optimize administrative office processes while working closely with Sales, Logistics and other departments
• Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuously improve processes

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations

• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus and a strong spirit
• Fluent Dutch and very good English skills and confident handling of common MS Office applications
