Job summary

MSIG Europe SE is seeking a hands-on Workplace Support Engineer to provide local first-line IT support for Brussels-based employees, delivering professional and timely help while maintaining a secure, modern workplace.

You will handle on-site and remote incidents, help with device provisioning and onboarding, manage IT tickets in our ITSM system, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure excellent service across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Support.
• Experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira Service Management) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for IT incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 apps, meeting room tech, and peripherals.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, and device deployment.
• Manage and update tickets through ITSM platform.
• Support endpoint management with Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with endpoint security using Microsoft Defender.
• Follow ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge).
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure excellent service.
