Job summary

Nobi is seeking a Global HR Director based in Wilrijk, Belgium, with responsibility across Belgium, the UK and the US. You will lead the HR function, shaping strategy, governance, and operational delivery while aligning with local compliance requirements.

You will partner with the CFO and leadership to drive workforce planning, lifecycle management, and international HR initiatives, supported by a hybrid work model and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration, or law or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of senior HR experience in international settings.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR strategy across Belgium, the UK and the US.
• Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, performance and lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and align global standards.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, pensions and mobility arrangements.
• Develop HR processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
