Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an HR Manager for Belgium & the Netherlands based in Brussels. You will lead the people agenda for both corporate and retail populations, partnering with senior leaders across local, European and global levels.

You will translate European priorities into local people strategies, drive organizational effectiveness and lead a small Brussels-based HR team in a hybrid setup with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership or HR Business Partnering role within a complex matrixed organization.
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and consultation processes, including Works Councils.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and align people decisions with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the HR strategy for Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Partner with corporate, retail and functional leaders, providing credible guidance.
• Collaborate with global HR and local teams to support employees in Belgium and NL.
• Lead organizational design, restructures and change initiatives with planning and execution.
• Oversee Employee Relations and Works Council governance across regions.
• Drive talent planning, succession and development with Talent Acquisition and HR COEs.
