Job summary

Nobi NV in Belgium is seeking a Global HR Director to lead and coordinate HR across Belgium, the UK and the US. Based in Wilrijk, this role blends strategic direction with hands-on delivery, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with the US HR Director and external partners.

You'll drive global HR policy, governance and employee lifecycle processes, ensure local compliance, manage payroll coordination and compensation, and continuously improve systems to support a fast-growing, purpose-driven

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in HR with senior-level responsibility.
• Experience in international environments and cross-border project work.
• Solid understanding of Belgian employment law and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global HR policies across Belgium, UK and US.
• Advise CFO on workforce planning and HR priorities.
• Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, performance, development and offboarding.
• Support managers with employee relations and performance matters.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and coordinate with payroll providers.
• Implement global standards while respecting local requirements.
• Oversee payroll, salary reviews, bonuses, benefits, pensions and mobility.
• Improve HR systems, reporting and international processes.
