Zusammenfassung

NVISO is seeking a Senior HR Consultant in Belgium to act as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership, shaping HR policy and practice. You will guide on wellbeing, performance, and learning & development, while managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Autonomy and collaboration with the HR team are expected as part of a dynamic, Belgian-based role. You will champion wellbeing and prevention requirements, collaborate on company-wide projects, and support transformation

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with wellbeing, performance or learning & development focus.
• Citizen of NATO member state.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Qualified or willing to become Internal Prevention Advisor in Belgium.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and leadership on a broad range of HR topics.
• Develop strong understanding of the organisation to translate strategy into HR advice.
• Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
