The Inside Sales Representative-Care Solutions at Eastman will drive territory plans in Ghent, Belgium or Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with hybrid work. You will build a strong customer network, generate opportunities, and manage the funnel from discovery to close. Expect about 10% travel and a focus on delivering customer value.

You should hold a bachelor degree and have strong English; additional European languages are a plus, as is a passion for selling and a proactive, tenacious mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (Science, Finance or Engineering preferred).
• Good English proficiency is required; other European languages are assets.
• Experience in servicing customers is a plus.
• Strong selling drive, inquisitiveness and tenacity.

Responsabilités

• Plan, complete, document sales calls per territory plan.
• Generate and develop sales leads within the territory to achieve goals.
• Cultivate relationships within customer organizations beyond procurement.
• Use CRM to document, collaborate and analyze opportunities.
• Develop account plans and prioritize opportunities to win new business.
• Forecast based on market and customer insights to guide monthly volume.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
• Proactively ensure resources for timely funnel progression.
