UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Diegem is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for the Limburg Kempen region to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations and account management.

You will develop new and existing customer relationships, integrate new customers into operations, analyze volumes and revenue, and contribute to a high-performing, target-driven team with a strong bonus scheme and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound telesales within a business-to-business environment is an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with proven project and time management abilities
• A strong drive to succeed in a target-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from market research and prospecting to negotiations and account management.
• Develop both new and existing customer relationships by offering a comprehensive service and logistics partnership.
• Contact customers to identify business needs, sell additional products and services, and retain existing business.
• Ensure smooth integration of new customers into operations and support teams.
• Provide valuable business insights by analyzing volumes and revenue and sharing findings with the organization.
