Qualifications

• Experience in customer service coordination is preferred.
• Understanding import/export processes is a plus.
• Ability to work across departments to resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for North and East European customers.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment including entry, returns and credits.
• Monitor shipments and address delays or issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Quality and Production to align CS operations.
