Griffith Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team in Herentals, Belgium, ensuring efficient daily operations, safety compliance and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include overseeing inbound/outbound flows, coordinating with procurement and production, and driving improvements in KPI performance while collaborating with external warehouses and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Business, preferably with perishable products.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems and related software for inventory records and analytics.
• Minimum 5 years in a warehouse manager role.
• Experience with implementing a warehouse management system is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the warehouse team including recruitment, training and development.
• Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff and optimise layout, storage and material handling.
• Oversee flows between internal and external warehouses and liaise with the EU Logistics Manager.
• Improve time slot adherence for inbound and outbound shipments.
