Griffith Foods Belgium seeks a Finance Business Partner to join the Europe Finance leadership team and help translate numbers into actionable business decisions. You will drive forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning while partnering with regional leaders to optimize profitability and capital usage.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in English (Dutch a plus), and a willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or similar.
• Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA or similar) is a strong plus.
• Solid experience in progressive Finance roles.
• Experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering and/or financial management is mandatory.
• Previous involvement in an ERP implementation is an asset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel roughly 10% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Join Europe Finance leadership teams; build, share and explain the story behind the numbers (P&L, working capital, manufacturing cost and pricing evolution).
• Provide the GM and Head of Finance with recommendations to improve business performance and co-drive actions with stakeholders.
• Deliver local financial leadership, balance growth opportunities with risk, and support decision-making in a matrix environment.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast and present findings; identify cost savings and performance improvement initiatives.
