Job summary

ACT-ON GROUP is a Belgian-based consultancy seeking a Senior HR Technology Consultant to advise on HR software solutions, implement HR technology, and optimize HR systems. The role combines HRIS expertise with analytics and digital transformation.

The position is hybrid, with on-site Brussels attendance. You will lead projects, mentor teams, and stay ahead of HR tech trends while collaborating across HR and IT functions to deliver business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, IT or related field.
3–8 years of experience in HRIS, HR, consulting or related role.
Proven experience in HR technology consulting or HR systems management.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems.
Provide expert advice on HR technology trends, automation, and best practices.
Conduct system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders for seamless tech integration.
Train HR teams and end-users on new systems and functionalities.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends, tools and technologies.
