ACT-ON GROUP in Belgium is seeking an HR Technology Consultant to drive HRIS implementations, advise on HR technology trends, and optimize integrations across HR systems. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT and business stakeholders.

We value 3–8 years in HRIS/HR consulting, strong analytics, and fluent Dutch and English. A hybrid Brussels-based work setup is offered with mentorship, trainings, and an international, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or IT.
• 3–8 years of HRIS or HR consulting experience.
• Experience in HR software implementations and analytics.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.

Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems.
• Provide expert advice on HR technology trends, automation, and best practices.
• Conduct system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration.
• Train HR teams and end-users on new systems and functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, tools, and technologies.
  

Qualifications

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in HRIS, HR, consulting, or a related role.
• Proven experience in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or HR systems management.
• In-depth knowledge of HR software (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, AFAS, Cegid HR Talentsoft, SAP Succesfactors…).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation strategies.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• An ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and on assignments but also as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
