Responsibilities

• Handling competitive and sole-source procurements: drafting and releasing solicitations, analysing bids, talking to bidders and preparing awards
• Liaising with contractors so that tasks are delivered on time and as agreed
• Processing contract changes and amendments, and keeping financial records audit-ready
• Reviewing business cases and recommending procurement routes (open market or framework)
• Sorting procurement issues for internal customers and supporting supplier improvement actions
• Contributing timely input to procurement reporting
