WLG is seeking a senior contracting professional to manage an end-to-end acquisition, from market research through tender and negotiation to award. The role is primarily off-site with regular days in Brussels, offering engagement across high-value, systems-level contracts.

The successful candidate will lead pre- and post-award activities, advise on procurement models, and ensure performance delivery and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline or equivalent contracting career.
• Experience in pre-award and post-award contracting on high-value acquisitions.
• Strong command of competitive and sole-source practices, cost/price analysis, and contract administration.
• Ability to brief senior management and work with a project manager on large acquisitions.

Responsabilités

• Run tender, evaluation and acquisition processes for complex, high-value requirements.
• Research suppliers and markets and translate into sourcing strategy.
• Advise on sourcing models and tendering policies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners and define acceptance criteria.
• Oversee delivery against contract using performance measures and address under-performance.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with relevant rules.
