Job summary

Datwyler is seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to drive customer development projects from concept through delivery. You will ensure on-time, on-budget results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, experience in product development, and proficiency in MS Office. English fluency is required, Dutch a plus, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in product development processes (design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in pharma/medical devices and GMP environments is advantageous.
• Experience with risk management, project governance, and stage-gate processes is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical product drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and company-specific software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define project vision, objectives, and success criteria aligned with customer goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparent communication.
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting per standards.
• Coordinate project governance activities and milestone reviews.
• Oversee product industrialization and transfer to manufacturing.
