Médiane Benelux is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive engineering delivery across systems, embedded electronics, software, and test disciplines in high‑reliability projects.

You will plan and monitor work packages, define technical schedules, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating with the Product Design Authority and various internal teams. Fluent English and French are required; Dutch/German a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with systems focus.
• Minimum 5 years in technical project management or leadership within a high-tech environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, embedded systems).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical interfaces.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as DO-178C, ARP4754, ISO 26262 is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch or German is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Drive engineering delivery to ensure projects meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (systems, embedded, electronics, software, and test).
• Plan, monitor, and deliver engineering work packages using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Define and maintain the technical schedule, milestones, and deliverables aligned with contractual and internal commitments.
• Anticipate and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply and promote Agile or V-Model methodologies adapted to defense and high-reliability projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Design Authority to ensure technical coherence and design integrity.
• Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, reporting progress, challenges, and technical decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9001, AQAP).
• Support certification and qualification activities related to product safety, reliability, and performance.
