SBS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects. You will progressively own PM activities, aid in achieving scope, budget and timeline, monitor risks, and communicate across customers, delivery teams and internal stakeholders. Growth into PM is encouraged in a multicultural setting.

You will work on software/fintech projects, with English proficiency required and Dutch a plus, in a global fintech environment.

Qualifications

• First experience in project coordination, team coordination, delivery support or customer-facing activities.
• Good understanding of software delivery projects or customer service activities.
• Basic understanding of budget follow-up, effort tracking and financial indicators.
• Awareness of risk management, change management and stakeholder management principles.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Ability to report clearly and summarize project status in a structured way.
• Knowledge of SaaS/Cloud or agile/iterative implementation contexts is a plus.
• You have around 3–5 years of professional experience and are motivated to develop toward PM.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives and deliverables under guidance.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, notes and actions.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and communicate status.
• Contribute to budget follow-up, resource coordination and documentation.
• Identify risks and issues and propose mitigations.
• Monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
• Assist in performance reviews and feedback for team members.
• Promote standard product adoption and relay client feedback to teams.
• Prepare regular project status updates for leadership.
