Job summary

NTT DATA, a European Institution client in Brussels, seeks a Business Analyst & UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience. You will gather requirements, lead workshops, map user journeys and contribute to UI/UX design using Figma. Must understand accessibility WCAG 2.1 and Agile/Scrum processes.

Frontend knowledge in Angular/HTML5/CSS3 is a plus. Hybrid setup with flexible terms for full-time or freelance employment.

Qualifications

Gather, analyze and translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
Conduct workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and other technical teams.
Map user journeys, workflows and business processes to identify improvements and define effective solutions.
Contribute to UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, using Figma or equivalent tools.
Ensure solutions are intuitive, consistent and aligned with usability and accessibility principles.
Support development teams throughout implementation, testing and user acceptance.
Produce creative and original graphical proposals.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant exposure to UI/UX design.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories and process modelling.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Hands-on experience with UI/UX methodologies, wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
Knowledge of frontend development (Angular, PrimeNG, HTML5, CSS3) is a strong asset.
