Description du poste

Function as an experienced UX Designer, you design user-friendly interfaces and continually improve the user experience of our applications. Concretely, you participate in the needs analysis and ensure that you know the users and their environment in order to best determine the application requirements. You determine and plan the research methods and participate in the recruitment of participants to collect the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.). You propose the most suitable solution and design the low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile first prototyping). You assist analysts and developers in the design of user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of users and their environment. You ensure that the graphic design of applications meets accessibility standards. You update the Design system. Throughout projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team. You are bilingual (French and Dutch). Applications without a portfolio will be automatically refused.
