Tata Consultancy Services in Belgium is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to translate business and user needs into engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.

You will work with UX Analysts, Developers, Accessibility Experts, and Stakeholders to define information architecture, craft wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to scalable design systems. Fluent English and at least one of French or Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and one of French or Dutch.
• Experience translating requirements into intuitive UI designs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles.
• Experience with design systems and component governance.
• Comfort in Agile development environments.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Transform business and user requirements into intuitive and visually compelling user interface designs.
• Analyze user journeys using UX methodologies and analytics reviews.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and storyboards to validate design concepts.
• Design responsive user experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, tokens, components, templates, and style guides.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic reviews, and user research activities.
• Document usability findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and manage developer handoff documentation using modern collaboration tools.
