D’Ieteren Automotive seeks an Adoption Manager for Digital Dealer Solutions within the COEPO arm. The role drives how knowledge from Product and Business Owner teams reaches the dealer network with timely, actionable adoption plans, training, and field materials.

You will ensure dealer readiness and enablement ahead of go-lives in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include building adoption plans, coordinating with communications, product, and project teams, and establishing ongoing forums

Responsibilities

Build a pragmatic adoption plan for relevant digital initiatives before go-live, covering target audiences, communication, enablement, KPIs and follow-up.
Collaborate with the communication team to ensure clear, timely communication towards the dealer network.
Proactively engage with product, process and project teams to understand upcoming changes.
Act as the critical voice of the dealer network to ensure readiness for field implementation.
Organise train-the-trainer sessions so DRMs understand new tools and workflows before deployment.
Translate central project information into practical field materials: presentations, training packages, FAQs, guides, talking points.
