Job summary

EngiFlex BV is seeking an Adoption Lead for Digital Dealer Solutions to drive end-to-end adoption across a dealer network in Belgium. You will ensure new digital tools are understood, implemented and sustainably used, collaborating with product, process, and dealer-facing teams.

You will organize train-the-trainer sessions, translate centralized information into practical field materials, and set up an ongoing adoption community with KPIs to measure impact and business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, adoption, digital transformation or network enablement.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end adoption of digital dealer solutions across a dealer network.
• Prepare the network for change with pragmatic adoption plans and KPIs.
• Organise train-the-trainer sessions and translate project information into field-ready materials.
• Create and maintain an active dealer adoption community and regular adoption forum.
• Monitor adoption, track KPIs and drive improvements across initiatives.
