Pauwels Consulting is seeking an Adoption Manager to bridge digital development and field implementation in a hybrid role based near Brussels (Zaventem). You will drive adoption plans, train-the-trainer sessions, and enable the dealer network with clear metrics and practical materials.

The role requires fluent English and proficiency in Dutch or French, with hands-on experience in workshops, Office 365, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Strong roll-out capabilities and the ability to drive adoption strategies operationally.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, training, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with adoption metrics and turning data into improvement actions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English with full professional proficiency in Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

The role takes end-to-end responsibility for ensuring that new digital tools and functionalities are understood, implemented, and effectively adopted by the dealer network.

• Develop pragmatic adoption plans for digital initiatives including communication, enablement, and follow-up KPIs.
• Engage proactively with product and project teams to ensure solutions are ready for successful field implementation.
• Organize train-the-trainer sessions and develop practical material such as training packages and implementation guides.
• Facilitate recurrent adoption forums with network representatives to capture feedback and identify barriers.
• Track network implementation and maintain clear adoption metrics and reporting.
• Translate complex project information into simple, actionable material for field teams and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in change management, digital transformation, or network enablement.
