Job summary

In4Matic seeks an experienced adoption professional to turn digital initiatives into real usage across a dealer network. You will prepare the field for change, equip internal teams with the right tools and messaging, and ensure solutions are understood and embraced by end users.

You will collaborate with central and field teams, organize trainings, translate project information into practical content, and track adoption with KPIs to drive tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, adoption, digital transformation, or network enablement.
• Strong rollout capabilities, with the ability to both design and execute the approach.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, training sessions, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Able to translate complex project or product information into clear, actionable content for field teams.
• Proactive, curious, and able to gather the information needed without waiting to be briefed.
• Confident in challenging project and product teams from an adoption and readiness perspective.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working with adoption metrics and converting data and feedback into action.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage practical adoption plans for digital initiatives ahead of go-live, including target audiences, communication, enablement, KPIs, and follow-up.
• Work closely with the communication team to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging to the network.
• Engage early with product, process, and project teams to stay ahead of upcoming changes.
• Act as the voice of the dealer network by challenging whether solutions, communication, and training are ready for field deployment.
• Organise train-the-trainer sessions so internal field teams understand new tools, functionalities, and ways of working before rollout.
• Translate central project information into practical materials such as presentations, FAQs, implementation guides, talking points, training packages, and supporting documentation.
• Establish and facilitate a recurring adoption forum with dealer representatives and power users to prepare launches, gather feedback, and share best practices.
• Connect dealer feedback with relevant stakeholders and follow up on gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Track adoption and implementation progress across the network and identify where additional support is needed.
• Maintain adoption KPIs, implementation trackers, and reporting, and turn insights into concrete improvement actions.

Profile

You are a hands-on, structured, and collaborative professional who is comfortable operating between central teams and a distributed field network. You know how to turn knowledge into adoption and can drive both the strategy and the operational execution.

• Experience in change management, adoption, digital transformation, or network enablement.
• Strong rollout capabilities, with the ability to both design and execute the approach.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, training sessions, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Able to translate complex project or product information into clear, actionable content for field teams.
• Proactive, curious, and able to gather the information needed without waiting to be briefed.
• Confident in challenging project and product teams from an adoption and readiness perspective.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.

Technical Skills

• ADKAR or a similar structured change/adoption methodology is a strong asset.
• Experience with digital tools and transformation programmes involving large groups of end users.
• Experience in an automotive, dealer, retail, or franchise network environment is considered a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Skills in stakeholder management, communication, and user journey thinking.

Practical Information

• This is a full-time consulting assignment.
• The role is embedded within an internal support and operational excellence environment.
• Languages required: fluent Dutch or French, plus fluent English.
