Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience with ADKAR
• 4–6 years of experience with Office 365
• 4–6 years of experience with SharePoint
• 4–6 years of experience in stakeholder management
• 4–6 years of experience mapping user journeys
• Dutch or French at C1 level; English at C1 level

Responsibilities

• Build adoption plans before go-live, covering audiences, communication, enablement, KPIs and follow-up.
• Coordinate with product, process, project and comms teams to prepare changes and readiness for field deployment.
• Organise train‑the‑trainer sessions and create practical presentations, FAQs, training packages and implementation guides.
• Assist dealer relationship teams and first-line service desk for deployments.
• Facilitate recurring forums with dealer reps and power users to prep launches, gather feedback and share best practices.
• Track implementation and adoption, report KPIs and coordinate improvements with stakeholders.
