D’Ieteren Automotive seeks an Adoption Manager for Digital Dealer Solutions within the D’Easy Support/ARMADA Team in COEPO. The mission addresses how knowledge from Business Owner and Product Owner teams reaches the dealer network in a timely, consistent and actionable way. It builds on the adoption approach developed in 2026 and brings adoption closer to field execution. The aim is to turn digital launches into sustainable usage and business value.
The Adoption Manager prepares adoption plans before go-live and works with communication, product, process and project teams. The role equips Dealer Relationship Managers and the first-line service desk through practical field materials and train-the-trainer sessions. It establishes a recurring forum for dealer representatives, Digital Project Managers and power users. Feedback and adoption barriers are connected to internal stakeholders for follow-up.
The assignment combines operational rollout, stakeholder engagement, adoption metrics and continuous improvement. Success means a prepared network, equipped DRMs, an active dealer voice and early visibility of adoption gaps. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for organisational readiness before change reaches the network. This full-time hybrid consultancy runs from 04/01/2027 to 01/01/2028 in Kortenberg.
Build a pragmatic adoption plan for relevant digital initiatives before go-live, covering target audiences, communication, enablement, KPIs and follow-up.
Collaborate closely with the existing communication team, leveraging their expertise and channels to ensure clear, consistent and timely communication towards the network.
Understand upcoming changes early by proactively engaging with product, process and project teams.
Act as the critical voice of the dealer network: challenge whether solutions, communication and training are sufficiently ready for a successful field implementation.
Organise train-the-trainer sessions so DRMs fully understand new tools, functionalities and expected ways of working before deployment.
Translate central project information into practical, ready-to-use field material: presentations, training packages, FAQs, implementation guides, talking points and supporting documentation.
Make sure DRMs have the knowledge and tools required to deploy initiatives consistently and confidently with their dealers.
Establish and facilitate a recurrent adoption forum with dealer representatives (today DPM-meeting), such as Digital Project Managers (DPM) and power users of the tools.
