Je voert onderhoud en operatie uit aan installaties, bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu, en draagt bij aan voortdurende verbetering. Je rapporteert status en werkt nauw samen met interne/externe teams.

De functie vereist kennis van HVAC-systemen, elektrotechnische schema’s en sanitair, met aandacht voor maintainability en ergonomie. 4 maanden voltijds, start zo spoedig mogelijk.

Qualifications

• Kennis van HVAC-installaties en regeltechniek.
• Bekend met schema’s en technische tekeningen.
• Inzicht in sanitaire technieken.
• Veiligheidsvoorschriften en normen naleven.

Responsabilités

• Voert onderhouds- en operationele taken uit aan installaties.
• Plan en coördineer onderhoudsactiviteiten en reserveonderdelen.
• Analyseert storingen en levert snelle oplossingen.
• Documenteert meldingen en alarmsystemen.
• Werkt volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Mission Overview

We are seeking an HVAC Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks and operating installations while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Your goal will be to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in and around the client’s facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and plan assigned complex maintenance and operational tasks to ensure proper functioning of installations.
• Prepare and carry out maintenance tasks (e.g., reserving spare parts, scheduling with operations, coordinating safety measures).
• Create measurement sketches, P&IDs, electrical diagrams, etc.
• Perform operational tasks (e.g., conducting control rounds, managing utilities, performing pressure tests).
• Identify, analyze, and address problems and failures within your area of expertise to prevent or resolve process disruptions and defects.
• Report malfunctions and defects.
• Analyze issues and propose solutions to resolve or prevent malfunctions and defects.
• Document malfunctions and/or alarms and take appropriate action.
• Participate in working groups for improvement projects to contribute to the continuous improvement process.
• Formulate proposals and potential solutions.
• Complete assigned tasks within the designated time limits.
• Engage in risk and job position analyses.
• Participate in the technical installation of projects to contribute to their successful realization.
• Provide input regarding maintainability and ergonomics.
• Verify technical requirements through testing and inspections.
• Assist in the commissioning of technical installations.
• Report on the status of work within your area of expertise to inform the organization and hierarchy, ensuring knowledge retention and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of instructions and manuals.
• Maintain and update data in the designated management system and logs.
• Communicate and oversee adjustments to diagrams and P&IDs.
• Task-oriented guidance and supervision of internal/external staff during maintenance work and inspections to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide technical and operational instructions.
• Monitor the progress of work.
