Responsabilités

• Verlenen van technische ondersteuning aan gemeentelijke overheden bij publieke en eigendomsgerelateerde projecten.
• Begeleiden van bouw-, renovatie- en herontwikkelingsprojecten.
• Coördineren van projecten van initiatie tot oplevering; bewaken planning en budget.
• Beheren van multidisciplinaire stakeholders en toezicht op uitvoering.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Building Advisor and/or Architect to support local authorities in public construction, renovation, and property projects. This consultancy mission will take place on-site at a client location, allowing you to represent Keystone Solutions while working on dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide substantive and technical assistance to municipal governments in the development and realization of public and property-related projects, from vision formation to execution and site monitoring.
• Support in guiding construction, renovation, and redevelopment projects.
• Experience in both public and private contexts, focusing on municipal property, public space, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to planning, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage and align multidisciplinary stakeholders effectively.
• Support local authorities and intermunicipal organizations, working within administrative and governance contexts.
• Prepare selection guidelines, award criteria, and specifications for public contracts.
• Guide tendering procedures and analyze, assess, and follow up on bids.
• Monitor execution processes and site activities, coordinating between contractors, designers, and clients.
• Ensure quality control during the execution phase.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in BricsCad (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Preferably familiar with 3P.
• Strong knowledge of the Office suite.

Practical Information:

This consultancy mission is for 4 days a week (30.4 hours), preferably Monday to Thursday, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. One day of remote work is possible, preferably on Tuesday.
