Keystone Solutions zoekt een System Expert - Functional Analyst voor een consultancy-missie bij een klantlocatie in België. U zult een stabiele en veilige IT-omgeving creëren en onderhouden, en de continuïteit van netwerken en applicaties waarborgen om bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikerservaring te ondersteunen.

Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten analyse, ontwerp en documentatie van oplossingen, tweede- en derdelijnsondersteuning, en proactieve uitvalpreventie. Duratie: 4 maanden, voltijds vanaf asap.

Qualifications

• Vaardigheden in functionele analyse en analyse-methodieken.
• Kennis van Agile ontwikkelingsmethodes.
• Bekend met BPMN, UML en testmethodologieën.
• Ervaring met ontwikkeling en onderhoud van datagegevens.
• In staat functionele analyse op basis van gesprekken met eindgebruikers op te stellen.

Responsabilités

• Bijdragen aan vernieuwing van hardware- en softwarecomponenten en analyseren van functionele/technische vereisten.
• Beheren van technische vereisten en afstemmen met stakeholders zoals projectleiders en leveranciers.
• Ontwerpen en documenteren van technische of functionele oplossingen.
• Bewaken en testen van IT-infrastructuur en/of applicaties voor hoge betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid.
• Onderhouden van data-structuren en back-ups ter waarborging van bedrijfsdata en snelle recoveries.

Mission Overview

We are seeking a System Expert - Functional Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a stable and secure IT environment, ensuring the continuity and performance of network infrastructure and/or end-user applications to support business processes and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the renewal of hardware and/or software components and perform necessary functional or technical analyses to meet end-user and business needs.
• Manage and follow up on technical requirements, communicating with stakeholders such as project leaders, architects, and suppliers regarding technical specifications.
• Compare and advise on technology selection, including materials and licenses.
• Design and document technical or functional solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, test, and secure IT infrastructure and/or software applications to ensure high reliability, security, and usability for end-users.
• Test and validate functionalities.
• Ensure the efficient operation of tools and systems.
• Maintain data structures and/or system settings, providing a performant environment for data management and ensuring backups of user files to guarantee the accuracy of business data and quick recovery in case of loss or damage.
• Ensure the quality of the data structure.
• Follow up on data processes.
• Analyze, resolve, and follow up on application or network-related issues to restore the operation of these applications or networks.
• Analyze and resolve error messages and technical problems.
• Provide second-line support to ICT colleagues.
• Proactively perform actions to prevent outages.
• Formulate proposals for renewal and optimization of the activity domain to meet current and future business needs.
• Keep up with developments in the field.
• Collect and analyze feedback.
• Develop and propose concepts for process improvements.
• Ensure knowledge retention and keep data and documentation up to date for your area of expertise, as well as communicate information to maintain a correct and complete view of all available components and applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage inventories and/or schedules.
• Register and update information in management tools.
• Provide demos, documentation, and user manuals and share them.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in functional analysis, minimum 5+ years.
• Familiarity with current analysis methods and tools.
• Collaboration within small to medium-sized development teams.
• A background in development is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile development methods.
• Understanding of standard business processes, including administration, production, and logistics.
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with API design, service-oriented architectures, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and communication via services and events.
• Educational background: Master’s or Bachelor’s in an ICT-related field (or equivalent through experience).
• Language skills: Dutch: active knowledge, spoken and written; French: basic knowledge, spoken and written; English: advanced knowledge, spoken and written.
