Keystone Solutions zoekt een consultant automatisering om on-site te werken bij een toonaangevende organisatie in België, gericht op veilige verwerking van radioactief afval en de ontmanteling van kerninstallaties.

Je monitort installaties, werkt met Siemens PLC/SCADA en bestudeert P&ID's en elektrische schema's. Regelmatige aanwezigheid op sites in gecontroleerde zones en zorg voor gedegen documentatie en testplannen behoren tot de kernactiviteiten.

Qualifications

• Verantwoord herkennen en interpreteren van P&ID's en elektrische schema's.
• Kennis van industriële netwerken, frequentieregelaars en instrumentatie.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen, inclusief nucleaire veiligheid, zijn bekend.

Responsabilités

• Toezicht houden op installaties en projecten om aan specificaties en veiligheidsrapporten te voldoen.
• Beoordelen automatiserings- en instrumentatiesystemen binnen projecten en bestaande installaties.
• Werken met Siemens PLC- en SCADA-systemen en documenteren bevindingen.

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant in the field of automation, working on-site at a leading organization focused on the safe processing of radioactive waste and the decommissioning of nuclear facilities. This consultancy mission offers you the opportunity to engage in dynamic projects that have a direct impact on the environment and society.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor changes to existing installations and new buildings to ensure compliance with applicable specifications, safety requirements, and safety reports.
• Follow up and assess automation and instrumentation systems within projects and existing installations.
• Work with and evaluate Siemens PLC and SCADA systems.
• Utilize technical knowledge regarding industrial networks, frequency converters, instrumentation, etc.
• Read, interpret, and assess technical documents such as P&IDs and electrical schematics.
• Focus on understanding, verifying, and monitoring the solutions provided by external programming parties.
• Organize and/or participate in periodic follow-up meetings with various stakeholders and report results in writing.
• Coordinate with project leaders, maintenance, technical services, site supervisors, and external parties.
• Document and report technical findings clearly.
• Ensure proper administrative and documentary follow-up of technical files.
• Prepare and follow up on test and inspection plans, including test documents, and coordinate necessary control moments.
• Ensure that changes, findings, and decisions are documented and remain traceable.
• Collaborate with the project team and site supervisors overseeing technical execution.
• Act as a technical interlocutor between various disciplines and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in an environment where safety, quality, and accurate information flow are essential.
• Be regularly present at various sites and installations, requiring frequent presence in a controlled zone.
• Undergo the necessary medical screening as required for the role.
