Exhibition Hub in Brussels is seeking an HR Specialist to lead recruitment and HR administration across Europe. The role reports to the Chief Talent & Culture Officer and is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, ensure GDPR compliance, and support payroll data. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in European recruitment/HR are required, with English and another European language preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably in a European context.
  • Strong knowledge of European labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language; French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns with the CTCO.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local Labor laws and GDPR requirements.
  • Assist with drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee data, such as absences, leaves, and contract changes.
  • Ensure compliance with European Labor regulations and company policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees across Europe.
  • Streamline recruitment and HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Brussels, supporting recruitment and HR administrative functions across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of European HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns with the CTCO.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
HR Administration
