Redwire Europe is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead regional HR operations across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. You will develop and execute HR strategy, oversee daily HR processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

The role requires 8+ years in HR leadership, a Bachelor’s in HR or Business, and strong stakeholder management. You will guide recruitment, compensation, employee relations and performance management to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience with payroll, learning management, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of regional labor laws and Belgium standards; willingness to learn Luxembourg and Poland.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead HR strategy as a strategic business partner for ~200 employees across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland.
• Oversee daily HR functions and processes, ensuring compliant and efficient service delivery.
• Design and implement HR procedures and policies in line with goals and legal requirements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts; forecast, attract, assess and onboard talent.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration and advise leadership on changes.
• Foster employee relations and resolve conflicts with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with employees, executives, and line managers.
• Lead performance management, ensuring managers have tools to develop talent.
• Drive learning and development with growth plans and opportunities.
• Oversee employee engagement analytics and health, travel, training, and canteen oversight.
• Lead and mentor the wider HR team.

As we continue to improve our HR department, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning our HR operations with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy Development: Being a strategic business lead to enhance our HR strategy as we grow, we’re currently a group of almost 200 employees and continue to grow.
• HR Management: Oversee daily HR functions and processes across Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery that aligns with local and organizational standards.
• Policy Development and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain HR procedures and policies to support strategic goals while adhering to best practices and legal requirements (with support of our HR Generalist).
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple regions, working with our Talent Acquisition Expert to forecast, attract, assess, and onboard talent.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of benefits packages (together with our HR Generalist), ensuring competitive, fair, and consistent offerings that align with market standards and local regulations. Advising leadership if changes are needed.
• Employee Relations: Foster an open, positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts in a constructive, confidential, and professional manner.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with individuals or groups affected by or capable of influencing HR policies and organisational projects, key Redwire stakeholders include employees, executive leadership, and line managers.
• Performance Management: Leading the performance process, ensuring that our people managers have the tools they need to manage our talent.
• Learning and development: Our company can only grow when our people do. Ensure that we have growth plans in place with a scale of learning opportunities.
• Employee engagement: Analyzing the yearly employee engagement data, creating relevant business action points and following suit. Administrative oversight of health & wellness, travel, training and canteen.
• Team Leadership: Manage the wider HR team providing guidance and mentorship.

Desired skills/experience/knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with strong business acumen and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with human resource systems such as payroll, learning management, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Solid understanding of regional HR compliance, labor laws, and employment regulations. Have profound knowledge over the standards in Belgium and eager to gain knowledge about Luxembourg and Poland.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of HR Management experience, with expertise in overseeing regional HR operations and a proven track record in team leadership.
• Leadership abilities to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that reflects our company values.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Experience in communicating throughout multinational environments including active listening skills.
• Languages: Dutch Native & Professional English
