You will manage change requests, support proposal development, and ensure timely follow-up on out-of-scope work while strengthening customer relationships and commercial outcomes across space-domain programs.

We are looking for a hands-on Bid Manager, who acts as a key bridge between Sales, Project Management, and technical teams.
This role focuses on managing and negotiating change requests (CCNs), supporting proposal development, and ensuring smooth follow-up on out-of-scope work. You will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships, structuring incoming opportunities, and contributing to the commercial success of ESA-related projects within domains such as microgravity, IBDM, and avionics.
