Job summary

IKOS in Brussels is seeking an HR Officer to shape the employee journey from day one and support a fast-growing, international team.

You will manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, assist payroll processes, advise managers and staff on HR topics, and coordinate onboarding activities and events while contributing to ongoing HR projects.

Fluency in English, French and Dutch, plus a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, are essential to thrive in our people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must have initial HR exposure (internship, studies or first role).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
