Job summary

Yassir is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS implementations and optimize HR technology across the organization.

You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while driving adoption and governance. Strong change management and data migration expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Payroll and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate data migration, system integrations, testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate progress to leadership and sponsors.
