Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role leads end-to-end enterprise implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client goals and timelines.

You will manage configurations, data migrations, and integrations while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication with senior stakeholders across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting or project management, including 3+ years in senior/leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in configurations, integrations and data migrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Deel’s solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and design customized solutions.
• Provide guidance and support during implementation to ensure timely delivery.
