Sodexo Belgium is seeking a Business Partner – HR & WFM to align IT initiatives with business priorities and act as the bridge between local business domains and TDDI. The successful candidate will actively participate in the Regional Community of Practice, contribute to the TDDI roadmap, and serve as a local ambassador for transformation initiatives.

Your role will involve managing vendor relationships and monitoring KPIs to ensure service quality and continuous improvement. This position is critical for fostering strong stakeholder relationships and generating measurable business value across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Act as the key bridge between local business domains and TDDI.
• Participate in the Regional Community of Practice, exchanging knowledge.
• Contribute to the TDDI roadmap, gathering business needs.
• Act as a local demand or portfolio manager.
• Serve as a local ambassador for TDDI transformation.
• Coordinate change delivery and incident management.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards.
