SCR-SIBELCO NV is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees at the Dessel site. You will drive talent development, performance, and engagement while delivering local HR initiatives in a high-performance environment.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding, partnering with the Payroll and HR teams to ensure alignment with global policies. Proactive, confidential handling of information is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or equivalent plus relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in generalist HR, HRBP or Talent Management roles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment legislation is an advantage.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first HR point of contact for managers on performance and development.
• Partner with managers on performance concerns and people management challenges.
• Coordinate talent review, succession planning, and local workforce planning.
• Facilitate performance cycles, goal setting, and evaluations.
• Drive recruitment and employer branding for local needs; Workday is a plus.
• Develop and execute local employer branding initiatives.
• Build partnerships with schools, agencies and job boards.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
• Support L&D initiatives and training activities.
• Collaborate with global/ regional Centres of Excellence.
• Monitor sickness absence trends and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Lead HR projects on talent, culture, leadership, and experience.
• Provide HR data, insights and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Back-up payroll and HR administration as needed.
