Spektrum Labs, Inc. is seeking an on-site contractor at NATO HQ in Brussels to lead the HR transformation track within the CDT Division.

You will drive project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation across multi-stakeholder environments, spearhead the Enterprise HR Process Harmonisation exercise and manage cross-functional dependencies with ERP and cloud initiatives, and provide expert subject-matter advisory support and quality assurance on HR digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, especially in HR.
• Proven HR transformation and ERP implementation leadership in large organisations.
• Strong English communications, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across HR transformation initiatives.
• Drive Enterprise HR Process Harmonisation and coordinate ERP/cloud dependencies.
• Provide SME advisory on HR, ERP, and cloud solutions; review artefacts for quality and coherence.
