Job summary

Candriam, a global asset manager, is seeking an HR Officer F/M for the Belgian branch. The role focuses on hands-on HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and support for HR transformation under the Head of HR Belgium.

You will partner with employees and managers to translate policies into practical actions. Ideally, you bring 2–5 years in HR, strong organisational skills, and fluency in French and English with Dutch as a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4)
• 2–5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with HR processes, personnel administration and office management

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational continuity of HR Belgium activities and personnel administration workflows.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage and improve the HR helpdesk for employees and managers.
• Handle Learning & Development requests and monitor budget.
• Prepare workforce communications and policy updates.
• Support the HiBob HRIS implementation and day-to-day HR operations.
• Review and modernise HR policies in line with regulatory needs.
• Monitor Belgian employment-law developments and update policies accordingly.
• Contribute to HR Belgium projects and transformation timelines.
