To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to strengthen our team for an average of 16 hours per week and play an active role in the further development of our organisation and people.
We are seeking a long-term partner, someone who is committed to building a sustainable collaboration and helping shape the continued growth and professionalisation of Laurius.
As HR Manager, you will be a member of the management team and serve as the central point of contact for all HR-related matters. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy while supporting the ongoing professionalisation of our organisation.
You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach, bring structure where needed, and proactively drive initiatives forward. You will support the development of our lawyers and staff and contribute significantly to the continued growth of Laurius.
You are an experienced HR professional, ideally with a background in the legal sector or another professional services environment. You move effortlessly between strategic priorities and operational challenges and have a strong ability to understand what an organisation needs. You identify opportunities, think ahead, and take initiative to drive improvements and new ideas.
You enjoy bringing structure to a dynamic environment. At the same time, you are comfortable operating within an organisation where processes and procedures are already in place, while recognising opportunities to challenge, improve, and further professionalise them. You are pragmatic, hands-on, and capable of turning ideas into tangible results.
We offer a challenging and varied role within an ambitious law firm where quality, collaboration, and entrepreneurship are at the core of everything we do. We are looking for a long-term collaboration, either as an employee or on a self-employed basis.
You will have the opportunity to help shape the future development of our organisation and work closely with the partners. This is an opportunity to further develop and strengthen HR within a professional, people-focused environment.
Are you the HR professional who wants to help build a growing and ambitious organisation? We would be delighted to hear from you.
