Job summary

LauriUS is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the management team on an average of 16 hours per week. You will be the central HR contact, shaping and implementing the HR strategy while supporting ongoing professionalisation of the organisation.

You will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution, bringing structure to a dynamic environment, and driving HR initiatives that support growth and development of lawyers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or knowledge-driven environment.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and French.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on evaluation and feedback meetings with lawyers and staff.
• Manage and support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Guide the professional development of lawyers and staff.
• Identify HR needs and translate them into concrete actions.
• Initiate and lead HR projects contributing to growth and professionalisation.
• Foster a strong workplace culture built on collaboration and talent development.
• Act as trusted advisor and first point of contact for lawyers and staff.
• Critically assess HR processes and implement improvements.
