Nodalview, Brussels HQ, is looking for an HR Intern to support end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and people operations in a fast-growing PropTech environment. You’ll collaborate with the HRBP Isabella, gain hands-on experience across the employee journey, and help cultivate a positive workplace culture.

This 4–6 month internship offers learning, mentorship, and real responsibility in a global team, with hybrid work from Brussels and opportunities to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Efficiency and goal-focus are second nature.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Righteous judgment and ability to analyze profiles.
• Interest in recruitment and HR.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English for professional communication.
• Availability: 4 to 6 months.
• EU work permit required.
• School internship agreement is required.
• Start date: mid-January or February 2027.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end hiring process, including briefs with managers, screening, interviews, offers.
• Help build an Employer Branding Strategy.
• Organize the onboarding week for new joiners.
• Build a learning culture and help employees find training opportunities.
• Work on diverse well-being initiatives.
• Support initiatives around diversity and inclusion.
• Contribute to a good and healthy working environment.
• Assist with internal events, team gatherings, and daily office logistics.
• And many other projects.
