Radisson Hotel Group in Brussels is seeking a motivated HR Trainee to join our team from September for a 3 to 6 month internship. You will support daily HR tasks, handle documents, and assist payroll processes while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality operations.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a school or university, fluent in French/Dutch and English, with a positive Yes I Can attitude, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate a can-do attitude with a focus on service quality.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for HR documentation.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in teams and support colleagues across departments.
• Excellent verbal communication in multiple languages (French, Dutch, English).
• Enrolled in a school/university and able to provide an internship agreement.

Responsabilités

• Support HR daily tasks: manage certificates, requests, and HR emails.
• Organize employees' files and handle exit documents (preparation, sending, follow up).
• Assist payroll-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
