A leading global coffee company is offering an internship in Human Resources based in Brussels. The role includes supporting HR Business Partners, recruiting interns, and engaging in onboarding processes. Candidates should be in their final or penultimate year of study, fluent in Dutch and English, with a minimum availability of 5 months starting in January/February 2026. Qualifications

• You are in the final or penultimate year of a university or college program, preferably with a specialization in HR.

Responsabilités

• Support HR Business Partners in daily activities.
• Responsible for recruiting all interns within JDE Belgium.
• Involved in onboarding new employees and organizing an induction day.
• Contribute to global HR projects and new initiatives.
