Lansweeper is looking for an HR Generalist Intern to support the HR team in Ghent, Belgium. You will work across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to HR administration, employer branding, and learning & development.

You’ll own real projects and explore AI tools to make HR workflows smarter. Join a fast-moving, AI-first environment with 400+ colleagues and learn from experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in HR, management, business administration or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social legislation.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Belgium with ability to work from Ghent office at least 3 days/week.
• Excellent people skills and enjoy helping others.
• Ability to handle confidential information with care.
• Manages own workload and flags issues early.
• Takes responsibility for tasks and follows through.
• Eager to learn and open to feedback, including AI tools for HR.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: Support full hiring process and onboarding materials.
• HR Administration & payroll support: Keep records accurate and assist with contracts and payroll.
• Employer Branding & engagement: Create social content and organize internal events to engage 400+ colleagues.
• Learning & Development: Organize trainings and track participation; gather feedback.
• HR Projects: Own a project and explore process improvements or AI-enabled HR workflows.
