This hands-on advisory role blends workforce redesign with talent development, performance management and complex employee relations in an AI-native People & Talent function.

You’ll use people analytics and tools like Claude to connect signals, challenge assumptions, and help leaders make better people decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Revenue teams in an international organisation.
• Credibility advising directors on people strategy and organisation design.
• Hands-on performance management experience and dealing with complex employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape people strategy and quarterly plans.
• Lead workforce redesign as AI changes roles, structures and capability needs.
• Guide managers through feedback, performance improvement plans and calibrations.
• Advise on compensation, development and retention strategies.
• Coach managers and support complex employee relations cases with Legal involvement.
• Synthesize signals across clusters into actionable business recommendations.
