ING Belgium is offering an HR Change & Experience Intern role where you will help build a SharePoint-based collaborative HR platform and design stakeholder experiences across the Business Evolutions program. You will organize content, templates and toolkits to support managers, HRBPs, employees and project teams.

This internship emphasizes practical delivery and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive student with an interest in digital collaboration.
• Structured, communicative and able to handle change projects.
• Interest in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop a collaborative HR platform using SharePoint as the main environment.
• Improve stakeholder experience by making information easier to find and use.
• Create clear navigation, page structures and content flows for different stakeholder groups.
• Organise templates, documents, FAQs, process guidance and communication materials.
• Build practical toolkits that support managers, HRBPs, employees and the Job-to-Job team.
• Gather stakeholder input to continuously improve the platform and materials.
